Sometimes you just can't beat a good ol fashioned game of basketball with your friends (or rivals). When you're looking for somewhere to shoot some hoops, look no further than your own neighborhood. We have two fenced in basketball courts, ensuring you'll always have one within walking distance. 

Public playgrounds are always so packed, and you never know how clean or maintained they'll be. Skip out on that worry and bring your little ones to one of our two playgrounds on property. Located on opposite sides of the property, there is always one a short walk away.

Cutting through our property is the well loved Mopac Bike Trail. Jump on a bike, or walk, pick a direction, and you can go for miles. You'll take in the varying surroundings during your travels. From the lush greenery surrounding our property, to a plethora of ponds & streams, to a few sprawling business areas, there's always something to look at.
