Our two story gym features everything you could need for your workouts. An indoor walking track, treadmilss, stair stepper & eliptical will cover all your cardio basics. Add to that our wide variety of home gym machines, free weights, and an interactive Eschelon Reflect mirror and you'll never have a shortage of ways to work out.
Take a refreshing dip
Don't melt in the Nebraska heat. Take a dip in our pool which is just a short walk away from your apartment.

Kick back and relax in one of our pool chairs around the pool, or better yet, take advantage of the chairs IN the pool!
Need to relax your muscles or maybe you just love hot tubs in general (we know we do)? We have one of those too complete with a timed jets for your enjoyment.
